Daycare hours are Monday – Friday with our hours being 7am – 7pm, we kindly ask that all pups arrive by 11am. Our lobby will be closed between 11am – 4pm. We are still in the building all day taking care of your pup.
Daycare house for Saturday and Sunday are drop-off 8am – 9am and pick up 4pm – 5pm.
As a reminder please see our boarding drop off times below:
- Monday – Friday are 7am – 11am and 4-6pm and pick up times Monday – Friday are 7am – 11am and 4-7pm.
- Saturday and Sunday pick up / drop-off times are 8am – 9am and 4-5pm.
- Please be mindful of these times, especially on weekends. If you arrive before or after these times, we will not be able to check-in or check out your pups for boarding.
Exit baths are being offered to our daycare and boarding clients on Wednesday and Saturday. Simply add this to your services with a 24-hour notice.
Grooming is currently open and their hours are Monday – Friday 9am-4pm. They are booked up about a week out, so be sure to contact Club Pups Grooming to get your pup scheduled.
Lastly, you may be asking yourself what we are doing at Club Pups to keep you and your pup safe and healthy. Below are a few things we have implemented:
- Clients are allowed inside the lobby. PLEASE WEAR YOUR FACE MASK (this is mandatory). Please be respectful of each other and maintain your social distance. One (1) client in the lobby at a time. Hand sanitizer is provided for your convenience.
- We are continuing to disinfect the building thoroughly and frequently throughout the day. This includes not only our floors and enclosures but also doorknobs, countertops, etc.
- Frequent hand washing is taking place by all staff members.
- We will be monitoring everyone’s health and safety. Any staff with fevers, cough, or other general illnesses are being instructed to stay home until they seek the proper medical attention.
